Delivery
When Will My Firewood Be Delivered?
We aim to delivery your logs within 7 days of purchase.
Can I Schedule A Delivery Slot?
Yes. If you suspect you may be out you can arrange a delivery slot that suits you. Simply leave a comment at the checkout on which day/time that’s best for you.
I have narrow street can you still deliver?
For delivery, we use a tail lift vehicle and require easy access to deliver.
If you suspect that we may have problems with delivering please contact us before you order.
Can I ask you to put the firewood in a specific place?
Yes. We can put your firewood wherever you wish as long as there is easy access for us to do so.
We use a pallet truck and where delivery in your desired location isn’t possible we will deliver to the kurbside.
It Says at the checkout to call for a price?
We offer free delivery within a 10-mile radius from our base in Llanddoged. Delivery is still available outside of this catchment area but is charged at £2 per extra mile. This is based on driving miles, not as the crow flies. Details on how to contact us can be found here.
Stacking Service
What is involved in the stacking service
We will stack your firewood for you so you don’t have to. Our stacking service is an additional £15 per bag or £20 per 1.2m3 on our loose loads.
Payments
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe online and we also take card and cash payments on delivery. We also accept bank transfers.
All our firewood is Kiln Dried and Ready To Burn with multi-buy discounts available.
All our firewood is sustainably sourced from local well-managed forests.
